Guideposts provides innovative services for people with dementia in Oxfordshire. The charity recently developed a horticultural therapy project to help older people with dementia and their carer. Called Thyme Together, the project targets the relationship between the person wit dementia and the family carer. This involves a Meadow box of enjoyable step by step activities involving photos and personal objects. Guideposts received £2800 towards equipment for Thyme Together.
